Towards Healthy Life

One little thing at the time

What 2012 is going to bring?

Happy new year everybody! May it brings love, happiness, health and take the pounds back. lol. So my plans for the next year is to keep on going with my journey towards healthy life. I have some other things as well like try to look after myself a little bit better and that about it. What are your plans for the last year. Remember? The world is going to end in december 2012, if you wanted to do something special do it now. lol

Seriously, shouldn’t we live like that anyway. I mean that sometimes, we forget that it could end at any day. We tend to forget to enjoy life when we are squished under a routine and all these responsibilities. I know that we cannot live exactly the way we would if we would know we are going to die in a week (like leaving the bills there)but maybe we can be more aware of the beautiful things that life is offering to us. Maybe we can tell people how we feel about them instead of waiting the right moment. Maybe we can turn the tv off and look in each other’s eyes.

So what are your plans for 2012?

Anyway this was just a few thoughts and I wish all the best for the new year!

Declutter and organize, not just my home, but me too. 🙂

  4. You’re absolutely right that we should take the time to reflect on all the good things we have, and not take them for granted. These days we tend to get caught up in our daily lives and forget to “stop and smell the roses.” My husband and I gathered up our 4 teenagers today, had them each make an individual homemade pizza with their choice of topping, and then we sat down in the living room to eat and watch old home videos of when they were kids. We laughed and reflected on how fun those times were – and yet at the time, we felt extremely overwhelmed, overworked and overtired!! Seeing those days makes me realize how quickly they go, and therefore how important it is to live in the moment.
Hope you have a happy, healthy 2012. Looking forward to seeing what it brings you!

I wish you and your family a great year full of big and little pleasure, love and health. May 2012 be a great bussiness year for your Husband 🙂
