One little thing at the time

Give me some energy!!!

This morning I felt tired and ready to sit on the couch for the whole day…I didn’t have any energy what so ever! So inside me I was thinking:  Come on! Do your work-out, you didn’t do it yesterday…Do anything but do something at least!

The house was a mess too which usually depress me as well so I finally kicked my butt and started cleaning…it’s not like a work out but at least I was doing something useful. After about 10 minutes I started to get some energy from it Yes! it made me happy which gave me some more energy…so maybe some of you already new that but if you don’t have energy get moving!

I finally did a work out this afternoon, I tried a new routine on my fitness game. It was fun but some part I couldn’t follow. It was not a pretty sight. It felt like I left my brain on the side table. My 4 year old was polite enough to tell me that I did good! The important was to make this body move I guess…

  1. Yay! What a great lesson to learn. I DID know that getting up and moving is a great way to gain energy, but what’s hard is making yourself do it if you’re tired. So congratulations on kicking yourself in the butt. I actually did that the other day after work. I was sooo tired from getting up very early, and working hard all day, but when I got home, instead of sitting there like I would usually do, I went for a walk. That activity gave me enough energy to make it up til bedtime! 🙂

  2. Shadowrun is right, after all you got up and did it. Yesterday I alsop wasn’t in the mood to really start but once I pushed myself, I was happy that I did my workouts. You keep it up, you are really doing great. 😉

  3. Thank you Shadow and Janet for your nice words!:-)

  4. Thanks for this post. i am sitting here reading blogs instead of walking my stairs…avoiding it….but now I am going to go do it! Thanks!

  5. I am so happy you still got up! Sometimes “that’s all we have to do” to find that energy was there, waiting for us on the treadmill or the WII LOL! The hard part is just “the first step” !! Once you’ve given it and you finish not only you are energized but you also have this awesome feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction… just happy you did it and it’s all over with LOL! 😀

  6. That is so right! The hardest step is the first one! Getting up and going gets you in a mood to get things done!
