Pretty much! I have to take it off to have a shower loll and when it has to charge. I love the statistic but the best is the way your calorie goal adjust according to how active I am. I can log activities if I want but I don’t need to log walking
I love it! It’s got the food tracker included which very handy. It is more made to track walking steps and running steps but you can log activities like weight lifting or other gym machine and it will calculate the calories for you. It can tell if you are active or sitting and records how many times you wake up at night. I would recommend it! I guess it all depends what you are looking for. You need a computer to plug the little charger/antenna so your fitbit can sync to it but there is an app for Iphone so you can track food from it. I don’t know about an adroid phone but it would probably work too.
I really like my fitbit. I wear it all the time. Well I didn’t wear it yesterday when I was doing a run, did not think it would hold up in the water and mud obstacles, but I know if I am not close to my desired goal, I need to pick up the pace. Though I find that I am usually pretty close in the morning after my workout.
Have you looked at the scale they have coming out at the end of the month? My hubby says that he has bought it, and it is supposed to link right into the system. Good or bad.
I guess with the “meter goal” you have to look at it more towards the end of the day otherwise you have a normal breakfast and you’re already in the red. I have looked at the scale that measure the body fat. I think it’s interesting, I don’t know if it does the weight as well. I woudn’t mind it instead of the Wii balance crazy board. I like the fact that it links so you don’t need to worry about logging the numbers. But I guess if you don’t like the numbers it shows you would be stock with it loll You will be able to tell me soon if it’s good if your hubby got it 🙂
That fitbit really does track lots of things, no wonder you like it – and your sleep? Does this mean you wear it 24/7?

I’m considering getting one – have you been happy with it, and would you recommend it? I run an android phone.

Thanks for the info – I’ll have to check it out 🙂 Cheers!

Will do. 🙂
What an amazing calorie deficit you have!
yeah I don’t really understand their maths with that…I tried to figure out how they came up with that number but didn’t…
I can see now why you like it so much! 🙂 Much better than my notebook and pencil that I used years ago.
Take good care of it now…. 😉
lol Yes it is nice and make things easier but it’s still the same basic as your note book! Yes I won’t take it for a swim anymore I promess lol
