One pound

There is no loss for me this week, it’s thursday so I wrote my weight on my progress page this morning and I actually gained 1 pound from last week. It’s ok because I looked at the whole month of may and I lost 5 pounds this month!  I am very happy with it as it is so I will just keep this little post a positive one.

  2. I think the more often we weigh, the less accurate picture we get. You make such a great point….

    • Thanks readytochange! You are right weighting everyday make me lose the “big” picture but I still need to do it to keep myself on track 🙂 I just have to look at the monthly progress more often to see my overall progress.
