Welcome to my journey towards a healthier life style!
I will come here to talk about different subject that can be a part of what makes human healthy. It will be anything from walking in the park to keeping a moment to do something I love. I am just a regular person who really wish a change from that fast-pace materialist crazy life. I also would like to relearn how to appreciate little pleasure that life can offer.
Like many others I have a weight problem and I would like to make long lasting changes that will get me healthy, confident and happier. I want to do it slowly one step at the time.
Once I have found the best way for me to change I will pick a date to start so I can track my progress.
Alright I had to update because I have already started 🙂 I guess it’s a good thing. I have started exercising and drinking more water around the Nov.25 2011 and I started counting calories and picked a goal weight around Dec.1 2011. My goal weight is 135 pounds. I don’t have a date but I will give myself at least a year and probably more because I started at 208 pounds. I want my journey to be a smooth one, lose about a pound a week and gain my health and energy back.
Really I just want to feel good and my weight brings others health problems that I could do without. This is not only about the appearance, it is more about being comfortable in my body. When you are overweight, simple things like lacing your shoes cuts your breath! I want to be able to move more freely, have more energy, learn to like exercise, integrate it in everyday life and learn moderation. Most of all I want to be a healthy model for my daughter.
