Tough day!

imageI am just exhausted! I had that toddler in my care since early December and he has still not adjusted to my daycare. In the morning I have 3 choice: Hear him scream, having him on me or sitting him in a baby chair with a show on. I used to put some nursery rimes video for him but now that my internet connection is bad I cannot.

Carrot muffin

Morning work-out: check

On goal yesterday: not really

I had a gain this morning or a fluctuation of 0.5 kilo/1 pound but it’s ok I know that yesterday I made some muffins and the kids didn’t eat them so I did. Bad bad me! Thank god I only made 6 and gave 2 to hubby and daughter had 1/2 one but yes I ate 3 1/2 carrot and apple muffins! Not at once at least but throughout the day. They were very delicious but I told the kids they had carrot in them and maybe it’s why they didn’t want them even if they could not see carrot. Anyway I don,t have too much time this morning so have a good day!

Today I didn’t weigh myself and I didn’t work-out either. My daughter’s virus has finally crawled on me. I am happy this is Friday so I can get over it through the weekend.

Wii yoga

Yesterday I ate too much at lunch just because there was some left….So something weird happened. After supper I had energy left and no sinus headache(YAY) I decided to do some Wii fit exercises, I did 2 advanced step and the obstacle course and my old yoga routine. It was though! I don’t know if yoga is supposed to tone you but there was some serious muscles shaking happening there. I didn’t realise how much it works you muscles before because I was so used to it. It really helped keeping on goal for the day.

About yesterday…

This was yesterday’s goal.

I had a great day yesterday. I made pumpkin and raisins muffin with the kids. It is such a good recipe with lots of wheatabix and oat in it. I have never like the taste of whole wheat so I tried to vary to use different flour in my recipes like buckwheat or rye. The muffin weren’t a success with all my little friends but there is one who hardly like anything anyway.
